I have always lived my life with a few assumptions which thanks to Jinal I realized are myths. Eat less – run more was my motto to lose weight. Most often I was able to achieve my weight loss target but would land up putting on weight again. Nutrition learning as I would put it with Jinal was a wonderful experience. I have learnt how and how much to eat as well as how and how much to cheat.
